Vacation Lodging

Wilderness Connection has vacation rentals available on the historic Stermitz Ranch for weekly rent (or longer). We are located 30 minutes from Yellowstone Park, 30 minutes from Chico Hot Springs, 15 minutes from world-class fishing on the Yellowstone River, and mere minutes from horseback riding with us on the Stermitz Ranch. In the winter you can cross-country ski and showshoe from the backdoor. We are 2 hours from snowmobiling in the world-renowned Cooke City area. If you prefer a more laid back vacation, you can spend hours sitting on the deck drinking coffee and watching Montana’s abundant wildlife.

We currently have three cabins on the ranch available for rent. Kids are welcome, but since this is a working ranch we do not allow pets. Smoking is not permitted.
